Terms of Use

1. Object

These General Terms of Use (GTU) govern the use of the Oquira platform, accessible via the oquira.com website and associated mobile applications. Oquira is a SaaS solution for virtual queue management intended for establishments receiving the public.

2. Definitions

« Oquira »: refers to Oquira SAS, the platform publisher.

« Establishment »: refers to the professional client (bank, clinic, shop, etc.) using the solution to manage its flows.

« User / Visitor »: refers to the physical person who joins a queue via a virtual ticket.

3. Description of Services and AI

Oquira provides:

• Virtual ticket generation (QR Code, App, Web)
• Real-time tracking of queue position
• Intelligent SMS and Push notifications
• Management dashboard for agents
• Oquira AI: A prediction engine that analyzes flow history to accurately estimate waiting time and suggest resource optimizations.

4. Pricing and Payment

Oquira offers three main plans:

• Starter: Free, limited to 1 location and 300 tickets per month.
• Pro: 12,500 F CFA (or $20) per month, including 2 locations and unlimited tickets (subject to fair use policy).
• Enterprise: On quote for multi-site networks and specific needs.

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• International Payment: Via DodoPayments (Visa, Mastercard credit cards).
• Local Payment (West Africa): Via FedaPay (Mobile Money: MTN, Moov, Orange Money).

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Any month started is due.

5. Responsibilities

Oquira's Responsibility : Oquira commits to implementing the necessary means to ensure service continuity but does not guarantee absolute availability (99.9% SLA for Pro and Enterprise plans).

Establishment's Responsibility : The Establishment is responsible for the effective management of its customers and the verification of the validity of the presented tickets. It commits not to use the platform for illicit activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the platform (software, AI algorithms, interfaces, logos) are the exclusive property of Oquira SAS. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

7. Modification and Termination

Oquira reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. Establishments will be informed by email 15 days before the new conditions take effect. Termination can be done at any time via the administration interface.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTU are subject to Beninese law, in compliance with the Digital Code. In the event of a dispute, and after the failure of any attempt to seek an amicable solution, the courts of Cotonou shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
