- Full name of the person in charge
- Professional email address

Final Customer Data (Visitors)
- Phone number (for SMS notifications)
- Position in the queue
- Visit history (anonymized for statistics)
Connection Data
- IP address
- Browser type and operating system
- Actions performed on the platform
Billing Data
- Billing address
- Payment information (securely processed by DodoPayments or FedaPay)
3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is used to:
- Manage real-time queues
- Notify customers of their imminent turn
- Provide flow analysis to establishments
- Process subscriptions and billing
- Improve our AI prediction algorithms
- Ensure service security and maintenance

The processing is based on:
- Contract performance: to provide the queue management service
- Legitimate interest: for service quality improvement and security
- Consent: for sending non-essential communications
- Legal obligation: for invoice retention

We retain your data for the following periods:
- Account data: duration of the subscription + 3 years
- Tickets and visits: anonymized after 90 days (Pro Plan) or 7 days (Starter Plan)
- Accounting documents: 10 years
- Connection data: 12 months

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with our trusted service providers:
- Hosting: AWS (Paris Region)
- Payments: DodoPayments and FedaPay
- Notifications: Twilio / SendGrid
